Bug - first field added not editable

  1. It seems my installation is a bit messed up. Whenever I add a first field, I cannot edit it. I have to add a second field which then shows me that two fields are added and both are Field ID: 1. If I edit the 1st field, it pulls up info from the second field. I cannot edit anything on the second field.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin with no luck.

  2. I've determined that it is a conflict with the 'Glide' Theme. Is there a way to correct this? Activating the 2010 theme made GravityForms work just fine.

Please let me know how to eliminate this conflict!

    Thanks

  3. Have you inquired about this with your theme developer? If you've determined it's not a Gravity Forms issue, I would think the theme developer needs to help you figure it out.

We're not familiar with every theme out there by name, and without seeing it on your site, there's no way to know what the issue might be. Most likely the theme is enqueueing scripts on the Gravity Forms admin pages when it shouldn't be. Your theme developer should only enqueue scripts on admin pages directly related to theme settings, etc. If they're loading their scripts on every page of the admin, that's just bad form and needs to be corrected.
