Bulk Add / Predefined Choices Error

  1. I get this in the left box when I choose the Bulk Add / Predefined Choices option.

  3. Nope I verified debug mode is not set in the wp-config at least. Unless it is configured elsewhere but I've never used it before so not really sure what I'd be looking for in that case. I have the standard set of plugins and use the Gantry template system with a rockettheme.

  4. I would suggest re-installing Gravity Forms. It sounds like something isn't correct.

    If after re-installing you continue to have this issue what you would have to do is test for possible theme and/or plugin conflicts. It's possible for other code to interfere and cause issues if another theme and/or plugin wasn't developed using best practices.

    If you need instructions on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts, let me know.
