Calculate total based on user input of unit

  1. Hi,

Forgive me if this seems too basic for this forum but I'm trying to create a form which user enter the quantity they have of 2 products along with their name and email address.

Then I plan to use the form data to generate a quote and email the user a response informing him of the total prices based on their inputs.

I have no idea how to create the form and I'm unable to find any samples which could give me a clue.

Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Kevin

  2. Capturing the name and address is pretty straightforward. Can you explain how the quantities of the two products will work? Will it just be something like

How many of each do you own?
