[resolved] Campaign Monitor Feed not loading

Hi. In the CM setup (Forms>Campaign Monitor), I can select a Client, then a Contact List, but when it comes to Gravity Form, it hangs up - I see the form name, but there are no fields dropping down, just my little Mac spinning wheel endlessly turning.

I have setup another CM Feed successfully on another WP install, but this one is not working. Any ideas?

Also: I am trying to link this to the same Client as the other WP install, but a different Contact List.

Another point that might contribute: in my settings, when I enter my developer key, I see a stop sign instead of a green check. Don't know if that could be the issue?

  2. Yes, if you see a stop sign instead of a green check that means your API key was rejected by the Campaign Monitor API. I would double check that your key was entered properly and re-try. If you don't get a green checkmark that means the API key didn't verify and the Add-On won't work because it can't communicate with the Campaign Monitor API.

Sorry, the CM key works (green checkmark), but it's my Gravity developer key that is not working. I tried reinstalling Gravity, but I still get the stop sign.

  4. Please send us your license key via our Contact Us form and we can look into it.

The Gravity Forms License Key has nothing to do with Campaign Monitor not working properly. We'd have to look at your site and see what is going on.

If when you send us your license key via our Contact Us form you include a WordPress admin login for the site having the issue (and if possible your Campaign Monitor login) we would be glad to take a look at your integration and see whats going on so you can get up and running.

Be sure to reference this forum post in the Contact Us request when doing so, that way we know what it is in reference to.

Thanks Carl. I just sent the key. I'm not able to send the URL/login due to client security issues, so I will try other avenues. Thanks.

Maybe it's my setup. This might sound odd, but I have a WP install with Gravity/cm plugins in my root dir. and another WP install with Gravity/cm plugins in a subdirectory. I don't want to do multisite. Would that confuse the CM add-on?

  7. Nope, that shouldn't matter. The WordPress sites are independent of each other.

It's really difficult to debug something without being able to see it happening, and there are no known issues with the Campaign Monitor Add-On so there is nothing I can refer to as far as known issues/fixes.

If there is anyway to get access to the site to take a look that would be the easiest way to determine the issue.

It turns out it was a plugin conflict with WP Security Scan. Once I deactivated that, CM add-on worked fine. Thanks again for the quick responses and very helpful support.
