Campaign monitor installation error

    I keep getting the following error after installing campaign monitor addon. I have tried deleting and reuploading both by zip and by FTP.
    Thank you!
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Services_JSON in /home/content/d/h/a/dhaloan/html/wp-content/plugins/gravityformscampaignmonitor/api/class/services_json.php on line 115

    What version WordPress are you using? And what version of the add-on?

    I believe the error is due to the fact that the Services_JSON class is already declared by WordPress, (conditionally, in current versions for WordPress), and the add-on is trying to declare it again. Not sure why that's happening yet, but trying to get more information about the versions as a start to troubleshooting.

    Hi LogoSlinger,

    Sounds like you're using another plugin that also integrates with CampaignMonitor. If that plugin is being replaced by Gravity Forms, go ahead and deactivate it. Otherwise, let us know and we'll see about a solution that will let the plugins work together.

    I'm having the same issue...just installed CM and get the fatal error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Services_JSON in /home/content/b/m/i/bmitchell14/html/austinareahouserental/wp-content/plugins/gravityformscampaignmonitor/api/class/services_json.php on line 115

    Has there been a solution found? I'm not using another plugin that integrates with CM.
