Can I reset form views?

  1. Regarding:

Where can I find the option to reset form views, if it did make it into the 1.5 release.

    Thanks

Click on "Forms" on the left side of your Wordpress dashboard, checkmark the form that you'd like to reset and use "Reset Views" from the dropdown field above (has the label "Bulk action" in it).

  3. Yes as @isuk described above the reset views is part of the Bulk Action drop down in the Edit Forms list page. This is so you can reset views for multiple forms at once, or a single form if you just choose one. You can also now delete all entries for a form using another option in the Bulk Action drop down.

  5. I found this thread and it answered my question, thanks. However, when I select clear views from the dropdown and apply, I receive an error.
    ---------------------------

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...... /wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/form_list.php on line 34
    ---------------------------
I've looked at my htaccess file and changed the permissions with no luck. Any idea what is causing this? I'm using the Thesis theme.

    Thanks

  6. Which version of Gravity Forms are you using?

And also, do you have WP_DEBUG set to true?

I will let Alex know about the warning you're seeing so it can be taken care of in the next release. Thank you.

  7. This error is displayed when you try to use the bulk action and have not selected any form from the list. I will figure out a better way of handling this error in the next release, but it seems like if you select a form (by checking the checkboxes) before trying to use the bulk action, it would resolve your problem.

  8. @Chris & Alex...
My wp_config was set to false. I changed it to true, and voila!

    Thanks guy's!

  9. uh oh, a new problem. While this cleared my views just fine, it has appeared to make my forms disappear. The forms still show in the edit forms settings, and I can actually preview them as well.

However, when I go to the site, they do not appear. I also noticed my dashboard widget shows no forms, even though they seem to still be there. Very weird. I did try to resave each form, but they still do not show.

Any ideas on this one? I refreshes, cleared cache and everything else that was simple. I did not want to do anything else until talking to you, however. Thanks.

  10. OK... LOL @ me! I guess I have holiday weekend on the brain. :)

For all of you wondering, it helps if you actually activate the forms. ;)

    Thanks again guys
