Can I send a different email message depending on the input to a question?

I want to send one email response message if a visitor answers "yes" to a question, and a different response if they answer "no." I've been reading posts for everything I can find but can't tell if it's possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm wondering if my question got missed since nobody's responded in over 20 hours. Not complaining but want to make sure somebody sees it. I have a Developers license so I could use any add-ons, but can't figure this out.

Here's the question again: I want to send one email response message if a visitor answers "yes" to a question, and a different response if they answer "no." I've been reading posts for everything I can find but can't tell if it's possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Dan,

Here is what you would want to use in your notifications to make that happen:

Have a look at conditional shortcodes. You can use them in your notification messages.

OK, thanks. I'll give it a try.

  5. Dan, remember, since you are a developer's license holder you have access to the priority support form which takes precedence over the forum. On the forum we generally try to respond within 48 hours.
