Can Not Edit Pricing fields

  1. After I updated to the new version my forms are un-editable and can not scroll to the bottom of form editor page.

  2. Can you confirm that you are using GF 1.6.4.1.1? http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/

Can you post a link to your form?

Most of the issues users have encountered with v1.6.4 have been due to their theme or another plugin enqueuing old versions of jQuery and not using the version of jQuery that WordPress comes with.

The form worked fine before the new update to gravity forms. In my other site I went back to the old version of gravity and it works fine. http://www.flhomefunding.com

ssondi - The issue you are having is related to the JQuery version your theme is using:
    http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5.1/jquery.min.js?ver=1.5.1

WordPress ships with version 1.7.1 and Gravity Forms expects to see this version. If you can change your theme to use the correct version of JQuery, your form should show up and work well.

  10. Every theme is setup differently. You can check in your header file to see if you can locate it there. Or you can always reach out to the theme dev for some assistance on properly enqueuing scripts. Any changes you make to your theme, you will want to keep an eye on in case the theme maker happens to release their own updates.
