Cannot Add fields. Form Frozen

  1. Hi,

I read posts about this problem that were submitted a year ago to this site. I tried everything you suggested; deactivating all plug-ins, switching to WP Twenty Ten to see if it is a theme conflict; uploading the plugins one at a time to see if any particular plugin has a conflict, increasing my PHP significantly, and nothing changes. I am unable to add anything after the Form Settings field. I had W3 Cache installed and I deleted it. I cannot understand what the problem is. Perhaps you have an answer based on the issues people had a year ago?

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    D

Are you using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions?

If everything is updated, and you've gone through the steps here (
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict ) to try to isolate the issue, and you've increased both WordPress and PHP memory, then I'm at a loss. Can you delete Gravity Forms, re-download it from this site, unzip it and upload it using FTP and try again please?

Usually the issue you are experiencing is related to a JavaScript conflict with a theme or plugin.
