Cannot edit form

I have several gravity forms on a site running the latest version of Wordpress and the latest Gravity Forms plugin. I'm having issues with 2 out of 7 forms. When I go to edit these two forms, the forms do not show up (area where the form fields should be is blank). Also, when I view the entries for both forms, the ID column no longer contains any id numbers. I have not made any recent changes to these forms, but noticed this after the upgrade. Given that this is only happening for 2 forms and not all 7, I'm not sure what the issue could be (all forms are very similar).

  2. Do the entries still exist in the database?

Can you try the Meta Recovery tool on the forms which are not working properly?

The entries still exist in the database. I have tried the Meta Recovery tool and I have also reinstalled the plugin and deactivated/reactivated it, but no change for the two forms in question.
