The ability to add and edit fields on old and/or new forms randomly stopped working one day.
How do I fix this problem as I have actually had to export the registration and edit the code on my desktop in order to edit fields in older registration forms because it is not working at all?

I have deactivated all other features and I am still experiencing the same problem. Thank you for your help in getting this problem solved.
Did you also test for your theme? Can you give me more details around specifics of what you are experiencing here. Meaning, are you not able to add fields? Can you edit existing fields? Can you save your form? Do you get any messages, warnings, errors, etc?
