Cannot enter form in page Validation Failed. One or more fields below are requ..

    Hi,
    I cannot get my form to enter into a page.
    Every time I use the icon to enter the form...eg. [gravityform id="1" name="Fees an Charges 2013" title="false" description="false"]

    I get Validation Failed. One or more fields below are required.

    Why would this be happening?

    sorry it was unrelated to gravity forms.
    I had custom fields installed and had an item as required...so the page wouldn't save
