  2. Sounds like a permissions issue. Is this a local installation?

  3. I have just purchased Gravity Forms. The zip files do not open up on my computer (a Mac)??? And I don't see how to install as a wordpress plugin and I don't see any simple instructions to help with this. The link to help with this does not work. Thank you

  6. @dwightdavis - just like I mentioned above.. this sounds like a permissions issue with your hosting setup. You may need to check your permissions to make sure your plugins folder is writable or contact your web host for help with that if you're not sure how.

  7. I have just upgraded to the latest version of wordpress and then upgraded gravity forms.
There were a few errors with gravity forms so I decided to uninstall and resinstall as I am just on a test site.
I originally had the same could not create directory error as above

Now I am getting an error The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/itsyourw/public_html/test2/wp-content/uploads/2012/06

when I try to add new plugin.

    Any thoughts?

  8. At first glance, your error is different. Can you install other plugins from the wp-admin section plugin interface?

Can you install this plugin via FTP rather than through the admin interface?

  9. Chris - thank you for your reply, but it was all my fault. Got some strange messages when tried to FTP and then realised running low on disk space! Upped this and all sorted again.
