Cannot Select 'Name Format'

    Since the latest update, I'm not able to select the 'Name Format' from the dropdown menu in the Properties of the Name field. The dropdown appears to be grayed out: http://awesomescreenshot.com/03e2humde.

    I'm on the latest versions of WordPress and Gravity Forms. I have tried this on two different websites in Chrome and Firefox.
