Can't Add fields to form. No error messages

  1. Just installed Gravity Forms. Will not allow me to add fields to the form. No error message is given. Have tried reinstalling but nothing happens.

I am using WooTheme: Whitelight. I have already purchased the Gravity Product Add-on extension for WooCommerce with my theme.

  2. Either you are low on PHP Memory, which can be adjusted following the instructions here:
    http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/

Or you have a Theme/Plugin conflict of some kind, which you can test for by following the instructions here:

  3. So if there is a conflict, then I can't use Gravity forms? I just spent $70 on the forms and add-ons.

  4. Not necessarily - we just need to find out what's conflicting first, if anything.
