Can't drag and drop

    It's not allowing me to drag and drop to reorder fields in the forms. When I start moving the cursor, it turns into a text cursor and begins selecting/highlighting the text. I'm having the same problem within Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. All plugins, WordPress, and all browsers are up to date.
