Can't edit Checkboxes and Radio button fields

  1. I can't understand why... but all the field can be edited except the checkboxes and radio buttons fields. I click on it or on edit, but nothing happens...

  2. Have you tested for a theme or plugin conflict yet?

  3. no.. still doesn't work. The problem occurs in the admin, while editing a form. Disabled all plugins and activated standard theme. Still it won't let me edit checkboxes or radiobuttons fields....

  4. Hmm, pretty odd. What browser are you using, have you tried multiple browsers? Are you running the latest and greatest WP and GF? Have you ever been able to edit these field types before or is this a brand new installation?

  5. This is also happening for me. Tested for plugin/theme conflicts as mentioned above. The strange thing is that I can edit/update other fields (single text, text area, etc) but when I click the edit for the radio button fields, nothing happens. I can delete, move, and clone the radio button fields.

I'm on Chrome/Mac. Have also tried testing on Firefox and Safari to no avail.

  6. Recorded a screencast which shows the error. I also loaded up Chrome's console which shows a few Gravityform related js errors.

  9. Can you post a link to your form? Also we released GF v1.6.4.1 this morning.

  10. The form lives here: http://wp.empact.ah.stormone.exygy.com/contact/

I'll try uploading the latest version now and see if that fixes anything

  12. I have the exact same issue. All was working fine until I updated gravity forms today. Was editing a form fine, noticed the upgrade msg in Wordpress. Ran the update for GF. Now the checkboxes / radiobuttons cannot be edited in the admin. Ran other checks suggested in the thread, no change. Also tried deactivating / re-activating plugin, did not help. Latest version of Wordpress 3.3.2.

Update: I deleted newer version of GF and installed older version = all works again.

  13. Ok, never mind. I checked a similar topic thread and found this. It works if you turn it off.

"Do you happen to have the No Conflict mode turned on in the Plugin Settings? If so, try turning that off."

  14. Same issue here - field edit interface will not display for radio boxes, checkboxes, drop down - any question type allowing a choice. Won't work for new forms and won't work on old forms that have pre-existing fields of those types. Clearly something is up with the latest update - hoping the good folks at Gravity Forms will see all the messages about this and fix it!
