Can't edit form fields

  1. Hi,

I have just purchased a single licence http://www.earthspa.co.uk/ but every time I go back into editing a form after I have created it it won't let me, the fields are greyed out and I can't do anything.

I also notice when I create a new form that I can't move the fields up or down.
I tried switching off all the installed plugins and tested again but the problem is still there.

Have you tried all of the steps in our troubleshooting steps? Can you also try to make sure No Conflict is On under Forms -> Settings?

  3. Hi,

    I have just tried the steps in the troubleshooting for a plug in or a theme conflict, these are the steps I took;

I deactivated the theme and activated the twenty twelve theme but the problem remained.
I deactivated all the plug ins and activated gravity forms and the problem still remains.

Are you using the latest version of Gravity Forms and WordPress? Can you also check the No Conflict setting?

  6. I have the ON setting selected for the NO Conflict settings when I installed it. So that it should work with the themes and plugins

  8. I have tried everything at my end to no avail... I really need to edit the form that I have created.

I also notice that some of the conditional logics aren't working on the front end of the site....but because I can't go in to edit the form I can't do anything to rectify this issue.

    Please help

Can you e-mail admin login details and FTP details to peralty@rocketgenius.com so I can log in and take a look? Please make sure to link to this thread as well, so I know what the details are for.

  11. This happened with me also with the latest Version of GF. Everything greyed out in the form editor, so could not change anything. Solved by checking the NO Conflict setting, then everything retured to normal.

  14. Hi,

I'm waiting for a response to see if anyone can help with this issue? I still can't edit the form after I have created it.

  15. This isn't helpful to you rinths, but I had the same issue and it got solved by picking "no conflict" under settings — just in case it's helpful to someone else.

Hopefully you get it working, rinths!
