Can't edit forms

  1. My forms are not editing. My system customisation forms use conditional logic and these I cannot edit. I have done all the checks, such as emptied browser cache, Theme change to child theme and disabled ALL plugins. There was no change to the problem and since reactivated my Theme and plugins. I've used Explorer 9 and also changed this to Chrome and have all the latest updates. I did update with the latest 1.6.4.1.1

I have also sent an email to Carl@rocketgenius with admin access to have a look with no reply as of yet.

This is urgent and is affecting my business! Please help.

  2. I have fixed the issue on your site. The issue was being caused by the experimental No Conflict Mode option in the Gravity Forms Settings. Due to javascript changes made in Gravity Forms v1.6.4, one of the javascript files that should be output on the page was not being output when No Conflict Mode was enabled.

For now I have disabled No Conflict Mode on your site. We will correct this in the next release so that this issue does not happen. The No Conflict Mode is still an experimental feature and we will be refining it over time. What it does is very tricky and it's difficult to make it work exactly the way we want it... but it is getting better. Hopefully eventually it will be able to eliminate any admin related conflicts.

But for the time being, leave that setting off and things should work.
