I've read all of the forum questions concerning this issue but nothing resolved my problem. I've attempted several times to insert my new Form and I never get past the Add Gravity Form. I check and I do not have anything marked as Admin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I am assuming you are trying to add a Gravity Forms to a post or page using the add Gravity Form icon in the post editor, correct?
If so the first thing you will want to do is try clearing all of your browser cache. This functionality uses Javascript and it isn't uncommon for browsers cache to cause problems with this if it has been cached. Clear your cache entirely, restart your browser and then try it again.
If that doesn't work, it could be a browser bug (although none has been reported). You will need to try another browser (if you are using IE, try FireFox or Chrome).
If none of the above works then there is something wrong with your install. We would need an admin login to this site to look into it further. You can send that to us via our Contact Us form and reference this thread. HOWEVER try what I outlined above before requesting us to look at it further.
