    Hi,

    I have a single form that is on mutliple web pages - is here a way to capture the source URL of the page the form was submitted from please?

  2. The embed URL is captured with every entry. If you view the entry on the entry detail screen, you will see the embed URL there. Screenshot: http://minus.com/lbfMKVZECcK5xe

    Do you want to include the embed URL (the page where the form was submitted from) in your notification? You can include this merge tag in you notification if that's what you want:

    Is there a way to set who will get the form data in an email notification based on the original incoming URL to the gravity form page ? Thanks Steve
