okm so this is the wierdest thing i have seen yet ... if i just come up with random stuff to put in my form it works .. BUT if i put the following content in the form descriptioni the loader animation just spins and spins and then eventually when it times out the page header repeats and breaks the page .. this is not browser specific and the only varible i can figure which cuases it is the content following below.. also here is the screenshot of what happens to the page when you submit ...
