Changes Not Reflected On Refreshed Pages

I'm running into an issue when it comes to trying to view/preview forms after making changes. I make changes, then try to preview the form (either with the preview function or on a page after refreshing it). But the form seems to continue to use the older information. I've tried different browsers to no avail. Basically I have to duplicate the form, make changes then preview it just to see what the changes will look like. Then I make those changes on the original form and hope it works the way it should.

I really don't believe I should have to clear my browsers cache's every time I want to see the form's changes. Does this issue sound familiar, and is there a solution?

    Thank you for your time.

  2. Are you saving/updating your form before previewing? You need to save/update the changes in order to preview them from the form builder. Adding a field and then clicking preview before saving won't show the newly added field.

Thanks Rob. Yes, I'm definitely making a point of saving everything every time, whether it's the "Update Form" button in the Form Editor and Form Settings areas or the "Save Settings" in the Notifications area.

  4. Hmm, this definitely sounds unique to your situation. If you want you can provide me an admin login to rob@rocketgenius.com and I can take a look around to perhaps see what could be causing it.

Same here! I use GF often, I'm pretty good with it and can't figure this out.

I have deleted browser cache, wordpress cache, tried changing different thing in the form, using a different computer and nothing changes (still the old form look/layout).

Figured something out. Some say its your server, wordpress or browser.

Its definitely WP Super Cache (or maybe any Cache plugin). I recommend checking "Don’t cache pages for known users" in WP Super Cache>Advanced settings.
