Newbie here...I searched the forum and found plenty on styling the submit button but couldn't find any clues about how to change the text on the submit button. I'd like to change it to say "Join SoCo". I imagine this is simple but I'm not seeing where to do it.

click on the form title in the admin, then click on the advanced tab in the settings panel. You'll find the submit button options there. That's where you change the button text.
