Character limit shown 4 times for a single line text in a form

    Hello,

    I have displayed a form to capture details of subscriber. However, the character limit on a single line text field is shown 4 times. Following are the details:

    URL : http://www.gargiz.com
    Form Name : Join Us - Short Version
    Field Label of problematic field : Username
    Browser : Windows/Chrome
    OS : Windows XP

    Looking forward to hear from you soon. Needs a fix soon since it is an irritant.

    Hello,

    Second instance of the same form displayed on the same page is displayed without displaying any character limit. I am providing this as additional information.

    This does not happen normally in Gravity Forms. Please begin by checking for theme and plugin conflicts by using these troubleshooting steps http://rkt.gs/testing

    Also, when looking at your page, both forms had just one instance of the character limit displayed, both before and after validation errors. Here is a screenshot from Chrome. It was the same in Firefox.
