Check Box show input field

    Can an input field show up beside a check box? For example: Would you like to buy applies:
    Yes/No check boxes and an empty field beside "Yes" which is titled "Quantity". I know I can create a conditional field which appears below but I would like to know if this can be built right into the check boxes so that the input field shows up beside it and not below.
