Class Name selection button not shown

    For some reason the button with the three dots next to the field in which one can select the CSS Class name (for example gf_inline) in the 'advanced' tab (editing a field) is no longer shown.
    I'm using GF 1.6.11

    Forget to install the CSS Ready Class Selection plugin.
