Conditional headline

  1. I have section on my form where the use checks "yes" or "no". If they check "no", 4 more yes/no questions appear conditionally on that "no". All is fine. How do I add a subheading that appears with the additional choices saying "If no, answer the following"?

    Thanks

  2. It's the section break isn't it?

  3. Yes, you can use a section break, and on the advanced tab of the section break, you can enable conditional logic to show only when a specific choice was made earlier in the form. Were you able to add one to your form and make it operate like you expect?
