conditional logic

    I'm trying to configure a logic for this form that when more than 1 shipment is chosen, the other fields pop in. I was able to configure the 2nd shipment but when I choose 30 shipments the second shipment disappears. Please help me to configure this. Here is the link.

    Switch your conditional factors to hide if not any, means you end up with 4 conditions on the 5th set of boxes. (Hide #2 if drop down = 1, Hide #3 if drop down = 1 or 2, etc)

    2nd fields - http://grab.by/b2O6
    3rd fields - http://grab.by/b2O8
    4th fields - http://grab.by/b2Oa
    etc...

    That way #2 will show if dropdown is anything other than 1
