Conditional logic checkbox not registering

    Hi,

I made a form in which I have one checkbox showing with conditional logic. Everything seems to be working fine (checkbox displayed when condition is fulfilled, form submitting without any issue...) but the checkbox doesn't register at all.

All my other fields are registered... but my checkbox's value isn't. Not even in the "message" tab of gravity form.

If I merely remove conditional logic from the checkbox, its value is registered properly when the form is submitted.... any idea what i can do ?

    Thanks

Can you link to your form please? Also, any other information you can give would be super helpful. Do you have any custom functions running on Gravity Forms? Are you using the latest versions?

It's ok, I just found what the problem was. Maybe I can report this as a bug of Gravity Form.

When you add conditional logic to a field and ask it to diplay only if another field value is begining with 0, the field value wont register when people submit the form. If you ask it to display if another field value is 1, 2, 3, or any other digit... it's working fine :)

  6. That's interesting. Thank you for the update. I'll let the developers know.
