Conditional Logic in Standard HTML Field

  1. I'm trying to provide my customers with a brief description of the product they selected via the standard HTML field - See link: http://grandcentralstainedglass.com/printmaking-pricelist/

Having trouble with the conditional logic. Fields are displaying erroneously. A few items seem fine (Fredrix Canvas, Hahn Wm Turner 190); the rest are either incorrect on their face or correct but have also a neighboring (and incorrect) product description.

Is there a better way to conditionally provide my customers with information they will need?

Can you take a screenshot of your conditional logic so we can take a look? Looks like something might be set incorrectly.

  3. David, did you receive my email reply with my screenshot?

  4. I solved the issue myself. Conditional Logic was looking to the Value of the field not the Label as indicated in the logic composition dropdown.

Feeling pretty disappointed in Gravity Forms right now - I suspect learning and building what I need is going to be a needless struggle.

I'm glad you were able to figure it out. I don't think it is needless struggle, but there is definitely a learning curve due to how complex and feature filled the plugin is. Hopefully, you will have an easy time in the future doing what you want.
