Conditional Logic not functioning

    Hi,
    I cannot get conditional logic to function after upgrading to latest version of WP. I am running WP v.3.1.3 and Gravity Forms v.1.5.2.3.

    There should be a conditional logic form displayed once the user selects from the "Choose your ad group" drop down at http://www.kirklandviews.com/ad-options/

    Can you please assist? Thanks!

    Did any of you, by any chance, activate the values checkbox after adding the conditional logic to the fields? That's what caused my pre-populations to stop working, after deactivating the values the conditional logic was working again.
