Conditional Logic not working - conflict with tb-testimonials plugin

    My form is not working (doesn't display at all) when I have a conditional field on the form. I narrowed it down to a conflict with the tb-testimonials plugin; however, I'm not sure how to resolve the conflict. I'm using the tb-testimonials plugin extensively so can't just remove the plugin.

    I don't see any javascript errors in the firebug console.

    Anyone have any ideas on this? I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it to pinpoint the conflict and how to resolve it.

    All you need to do is stop that plugin from outputting this old version of JQuery - script type='text/javascript' src='http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js?ver=1.4.2'></script>
