Confirmation Redirect page don't work easily

    Hi,

    I have two form on http://www.atllines.fr that works great. I import them to another website http://www.medlines-agency.fr.

    I work well but when visitors submit the form the redirection won't work, we have to clic another time on submit to have the redirection, and he send another form.
    Here is the 2 forms :

    http://www.medlines-agency.fr/contacts/
    http://www.medlines-agency.fr/devis/

    What can I do? The redirection page for the 2 forms is :

    http://www.medlines-agency.fr/avec-nos-remerciements/
