Hello,
Perhaps this question has already been posted around before, but honestly i couldn't find the right answer.
I have created a form for which i've got results already working, with entries being sent out to multiple users and this is working in the best way i could possibly want, but now, i need to make a follow-up to each entry and i was wandering if there is any way, that i could connect a form to an existing id of a previous result.
Has anyone tried this before?
