Contacts over-written/merged in Highrise

    First, I love Gravity Forms.

    That said I am having an issue where by entries with the same name are over-written and or merged in Highrise. Example, I have a Joe Blow in my Highrise contacts. If a second Joe Blow comes along and enters his information on the form, his different information over-writes or merges with Joe Blow number 1s info in Highrise.

    They is the possibility that two different people with the same name will fill out the form. I need them to be different people in Highrise not merged together. Joe Blow 2 is his own person after all.

    Help!

    Hi, shiftyjj24,

    You will need to contact the folks that made Highrise about this because this isn't a Gravity Forms issue. If Gravity Forms is making separate entries in the admin, then it is doing its part. I do not know how Highrise uses the data on their end.

    Let us know if there are any Gravity Forms issues that you need help with.
