Convert to Developer if I can solve a form issue

I am interested in moving up to the developer license and then get the paypal add-on but before I do that I have to know if what I need to do for orders can be done currently.

I have survival bracelets for sale. There are two styles and each style has color options as well as size options.

    I was thinking of doing

    Quantity field (textbox)
    Style (dropdown)
    Color (dropdown)
    Size (dropdown)

Trick here seems to be on allowing multiple. Based on variations the user might need to enter 4 or 5 items like this.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. The PayPal add-on will work to create one bracelet like that, with all your options, but not to purchase multiple bracelets. It's not a full-blown shopping cart.
