Create Text At Beginning of Form

    Is there a way to create generic intro text to the beginning of a form so that each time the form shortcode is put in that it shows the intro text and then list the form?

    Each form can have a description:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Form_Settings

    and can be activated via shortcode option:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Embedding_A_Form
