Created a new form and it does not display

  1. I just purchased Gravity Forms and nothing but problems!

As per subject.... Looking at the source and Gravity Forms is adding style='display:none'

    What??

I checked the forum and apparently it is a bug if conditional logic is enabled. This form does not use.

    Please advise.

The way conditional logic works, it is supposed to add display:none at the top and then JavaScript shows the items that need to be shown. Can you please post a link to your form?

  3. Can you post a link to your form? If you have conditional logic enabled and it doesn't display on your site, it's either due to a theme or plugin conflict with a JS error or your conditional logic is configured incorrectly. Does your form work in the formbuilder preview?

  4. Conditional Logic was disabled for the form, but I found it was checked for a specific field. It works now. Why hide the whole form. Maybe just the field that had the problem or in Admin show a warning that form is not configured properly or even better do not allow save of form with missing detail that will prevent form to work properly.
