Custom Fields gets deleted & replaced by duplicate of another

    I am creating a form, & when I add a new field & save it.

    Some fields are deleted & others are repeated

    I am losing all the fields I create.

    I can't create a form because the fields keep disappearing as I do them.

    I suggest you look at our support response time policy. A link to this policy is provided in the sidebar of the support forum where it explains support response times. You can find it here:

    This page spells out our support response time policy and what to expect. You didn't purchase a Developer License so you aren't eligible for Priority Support.

    Your issues are likely being caused by a theme or plugin conflict. This is likely the same reason why other form solutions didn't work for you.

    You've likely blamed the form solution for not working when the issue is code in your theme or another plugin that is actually causing the problem and preventing the functionality from working as intended.

    We'd be glad to assist you in determining the problem. If we can take a look at it we can tell you pretty quickly what the issue is and how to correct it.

    Reply to the email I sent and send me over the URL of the site and a WordPress admin login and i'd be glad to take a look at it so we can get it resolved and you can get up and running.
