Custom XML Tags being removed

  1. We are setting up custom XML notifications in the 'text' editor. If you switch from 'text' to 'visual' view, and then back to 'text'. All of the tags (i.e. <prospect> ) are removed, but the header XML main tags remain. Here is a form for an example https://dl.dropbox.com/u/62146180/contactus-export-2013-02-15.xml
    Thank you.

That is an issue with the WYSIWYG editor in WordPress that we use for that section. I don't know how much we can do about it, but I'll let the team know. All my best!

  4. That is an issue with nearly all WYSIWYG editors I know of. I learned not to switch back to visual mode if I wanted to save all my HTML formatting.
