Date Picker and Multi Select Fields Break With Signature Field

  1. Hello!

I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but I built a form that uses the Date field (Advanced Field w/ Date Picker enabled), Multi Select field (Standard Field w/ enhanced user interface option enabled), and the Signature field (Advanced Field). However, this form does not display the Date Picker when clicked, nor does the Multi Select field utilize the enhanced user interface option. This can be seen at: http://www.gthemes.net/forms.

Wondering if there is a conflict between these three Fields, or if I am just going crazy.

  2. You are not going crazy. While I have never seen this before and it is not something that has been reported until now, this does indeed look like a bug. Specifically a bug in the Signature Add-On. It's the Signature Field that is causing the issue to occur.

If you use the Multi-Select Field and Date Field together the issue does not occur, but once you add the Signature Add-On it causes a jQuery error and as soon as your browser encounters any javascript error it quits executing all javascript.

I have replicated this issue locally. I am reporting the issue as a bug and we will take a look and see what needs to be patched in the Signature Add-On in order to resolve this issue. We will then release an update to the Signature Add-On that corrects this issue.

I am closing this support ticket but will re-open it and update it with patch information once we release the Signature Add-On update that resolves this issue.

Keep an eye out on the support blog for the release announcement as well as automatic updates in your WordPress site.
