Gravity Forms and views

  1. I have a Newsletter sign up form on the homepage of my website. Over the past month there were 3 signups but over 600 views, according to gf. What exactly does "Views" mean? Does it mean the number of times someone viewed the homepage since the Newsletter sign up form is on the homepage? Does it mean that someone clicked on the actual form but never completed it?

WHERE IS IT DEFINED IN THE GRAVITY FORMS DOCUMENTATION?

    Thanks for answering this question!

  2. Karen,

First of all, no need to use all-caps here. That doesn't help us read your request any better or differently than everyone else's.

Views simply mean how many times the page with the form in question was loaded.

You can reset the views on the "entries" page via the bulk action drop down.
