Deleted A form by mistake ... Need Backup help..

    Hi,
    I was editing a Complex form and accidentally i deleted the Form , it took 6-7 hours to create the form .. !!

    Is there anyway to Restore the form i deleted???

    Please help admin !!

    Do you have a backup of your database? If not, your hosting might have a backup for you. A database backup is your only chance to restore that form. You will want to restore the wp_rg_form and wp_rg_form_meta tables.
