You registered here on the support site with the wrong email address which is why you can't access the Priority Support area. You need to register with the same PayPal email address you used to purchase the plugin, otherwise it doesn't match you up with your license key.
Since you have already registered you can Edit Profile and change your email address to your PayPal email address and then save your settings. This should then give you access to the Add-Ons and Priority Support.
Once you can access those areas you can then Edit Profile and change your email back. But at some point it needs to match your order up with your user account and it does this via your payment email address.
What critical issue are you having?
Ok, thanks Carl. We actually already registered another account with the correct email and sent in a priority support msg. Do you respond to those?
I have the same issue. I only have a single PayPal account, and it is the same email address listed under My Account.
I could really do with figuring out how to correct this. I have a question thats been in the forum for a few days and could really use an answer.

@iamcanadian1973 Judging by your support forum interaction it appears you are able to access the support forums without an issue. When you go to the My Account page of the support site, what kind of License Key is listed on that page for your account? Does it reflect a Developer License?
I see you have posted and replied to posts in the PayPal Add-On forum, which is only accessible by Developer License customers, so it should reflect a Developer License on the My Account page. Which means you should have access to the Priority Support form.
If that is the case then I would suggest clearing your browser cache completely and restarting your browser and then visiting the Priority Support page. The Priority Support form was recently changed. But we have been receiving Priority Support requests so there shouldn't be any issues with it.
