Hey there. We upgraded to a GF Developer License last week but are not getting the Add On menu in our WP back-end. We are a government agency, behind a secure network firewall. Wondering if that is playing into this issue and if a solution exists. Thanks for your time!

Yes, if the server can't reach to get the information, then it won't work. You might have to download the add-ons manually from this site: http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/add-ons/
Let me know if it works out for you, or if you still have problems with them.

David, thanks for the quick reply. Makes perfect sense about our network infrastructure. Yeah I've already downloaded the Add On plugins I need. I was just hoping to get the Add On menu activated to eliminate a few steps. Thanks again for the reply.
