A while back I posted 2 questions here at 2 different times about upgrade errors, you replied after I reminded you requesting that I use the contact form here to submit the details... I did this and have not gotten any reply.. I bought the developers license in part because it specified premium support, so can I have some please :-)
also see my post today about no emails from submitted forms as well.
