Did you not get my email?

  1. A while back I posted 2 questions here at 2 different times about upgrade errors, you replied after I reminded you requesting that I use the contact form here to submit the details... I did this and have not gotten any reply.. I bought the developers license in part because it specified premium support, so can I have some please :-)

    also see my post today about no emails from submitted forms as well.

  2. Hello Jesse, I just looked through and found your email. I'll respond to it in a few minutes. Next time be sure to use the Priority Support form. We get a lot of general emails, etc. through the standard Contact Us form so sometimes things slip through the cracks. The Priority Support form is for Developer support requests. Thanks!

  3. thanks, i hadn't noticed the priority option up top.. I may be half blind and just not know it.. Now if you can help me sort the email issue you will be 2 for 2 in my book today :-)
