Don't Show a form if a User has already filled out that form..

    I would like to create a series of 4 or 5 forms, but allowing for time, I would like users to be able to log in multiple times and be able to show which forms a User has already filled out (possibly show a checkmark) and prompt them to fill out the next form in the series.

    How can I check if a logged in user has already filled out a certain form?
