    Hi,

I'm new to Gravity forms so would welcome some advice.

i need to create a form based on some conditional logic:

Provide your email address to download our brochure

Email address is entered and submitted

Either a thumbnail of the PDF brochure is displayed and can be clicked to dowload the PDF

    or

a hyperlink is displayed where the user can click to download the PDF

I'd welcome some thoughts on how best to approach this please.

    Many thanks

  2. You can use the conditional logic in and a HTML block element to display the image/icon and or link if you want. If you do it that way, there's no guarantee that they'll continue to submit the form. The better choice would be to include a link to the document in your email notification to the user. That way you've completed the submission and confirmed the email address as well.
