  2. Sounds like a theme or plugin conflict, most likely a plugin. Can you begin by testing for plugin conflicts here? http://rkt.gs/testing

    Also, please test with a new browser to be sure nothing is cached and causing you trouble. Thank you.

  3. I use Genesis => Child theme => Platinum.

    I have checked on 3 other websites and I meet the same problem.

    The URL is http://hebergement-web-master.com/regpost/enregistrement/ , the form is OK because I have setup this form November 7. But now it's impossible to setup a Drop Down fields with option as Countries or others.

    When I click on "Bulk add / Predefined Choises", the screnn commes black and nothing, very strange.

    I'll desactivate plugins and make some tests as you write and come back.

  4. Ok, OK...

    I have try on an other website with version 1.5.3 and I have no problem.

    When I do the update for 1.6.1 , there it doesn't run OK for Drop Down with Multiple Choices.

    As the beginning I was thinking about Java, Server memory but the problem is really with the update.

  6. The problem isn't with the update, it's with WordPress. WordPress made changes to the thickbox script that Gravity Forms uses and Gravity Forms v1.6.1 made changes to maintain compatibility with WordPress.

    What version of WordPress is the site having the issue running? Is it up to date with the latest WordPress 3.2.1 release? If not, that could be the problem.

    Send me a WordPress admin login and URL for a site experiencing this issue and we can take a look. We can't replicate this issue so we need to look at it on a site that is experiencing this problem.

  10. I keep editing the password. Everyone on the forum can see this login so it shouldn't be posted here.

    This issue is a Genesis theme framework bug. The problem is Genesis is enqueuing ALL of it's scripts and CSS on every single admin page instead of only outputting them on it's theme option pages.

    You can read more here:

    At the end of that post is a solution that was provided by Nathan Rice at StudioPress. Unfortunately it looks like they won't be correcting this until Genesis 1.8.
